Homebody Retreat
Wellness for the wild women
An off-the-grid somatic retreat + hot springs experience
Thatcher, Idaho
Womanhood, Somatic Workshops, Deep Self-Exploration
A weekend retreat that immerses you in female wisdom, deep self-exploration and expression.
During this retreat we will take you on a journey that promotes softening and surrendering into the divine feminine, reclaiming womanhood.
We have intentionally cultivated a container where women can come together to reconnect and reorient, dropping in deeper to themselves. Through grounding, a myriad of healing modalities and somatic workshops we will give you tools to take home and integrate that will easily become daily rituals. Collectively, we are releasing and transmuting anything that no longer serves us to heal and bring our souls lovingly back home into our bodies. This unique retreat experience combines the knowledge and lived experiences of Savanna Burgos, a Birth Keeper and Intuitive Healer, and Lindsey Garcia, a Licensed Therapist and Somatic Embodiment Coach. Through their work they are paving the way for sacred womanhood by integrating Mind-Body-Soul alongside female embodiment practices. There is an incredible healing power that women have when we gather together, see each other and hold space for each other. This retreat is a celebration of womanhood and sisterhood, reconnecting with our bodies and each other in a raw and authentic way. Beyond the magic of the retreat experience you will also take home somatic mental health skills and well women care, allowing yourself to become a more connected and whole version of yourself.

Lindsey Garcia
Lindsey is a Licensed Therapist and Holistic Energy Healer. With a decade of experience in mental health she utilizes somatic integration and strengths based approach to mental wellness.
Now more than ever people are realizing they can create their whole lives through: intentional thoughts, emotions, and actions. My philosophy is that all people are innately whole and know on a deep level what they’re searching for. Everyone has an inherent gift / purpose to enlighten the world with, and by coming into alignment with that part of themselves and loving themselves and their choices/values they can enjoy life while becoming the next best version of themselves.
I understand that having a positive relationship with themselves and their mental health is the foundation for all other relationships in their lives. We know that the mind-body connection is crucial in feeling well and creating from a place of wholeness.
You become unstoppable once you remove blocks, let go of limiting beliefs, fully love & accept yourself. You then can fully embody who you are while having fun with who you are becoming.

Savanna Burgos
As I journey deeper into motherhood and birthwork, I hold a deep knowing that my purpose in this life is to guide and reawaken women to a deeper knowing of their truest self and to stand in that power unabashedly as they transform into a more integrated and rooted being.
I believe that our wounds, triggers, and children are our greatest teachers. When we become curious and sit with what’s coming up rather than avoiding or suppressing we open a door that leads to a deeper understanding our of imprints and how to energetically release these ties that hinder us from our higher selves, reclaiming our blueprint.
With each pregnancy and birth I was further transformed into a stronger, wiser, and more connected woman. The transition from maiden to mother has been the greatest catalyst in shedding irrelevant layers, reconnecting to my body, wisdom, and intuition. Allowing me to embody this knowledge and walk alongside women on their journey. Always guiding and believing, with deep love and reverance.
Societal constructs may have us in a collective amnesia, forgetting what resides within us, I’m here to help guide you and bring awareness to and shed layers of imposed identities, release traumas, and reclaim and remember your innate power and wisdom. The beauty is you already have all the tools embellished within you. Your mind and body are more powerful and capable than you could ever imagine. I’ll show you.

Kaila Faifili
Hello, my name is Kaila. I am a woman who’s been on a path of reclaiming my sovereignty and heritage through plant medicines and womens work after the transformational birth of my son in 2014.
Kava re-entered my life in 2018 as my husband and I opened our home to friends and family to hold kava circles. This is where I began to witness the immense healing power of sitting in circle with kava for intentional reasons.
Kava is made from the ground root of the piper methysticum plant and is native to the South Pacific islands. In addition to having a relaxing effect, kava is a heart opener which makes it a wonderful addition to any gathering.
I’m looking forward to serving you all at the homebody retreat as we take a weekend to reorient to the highest versions of ourselves.
If you have a musical inclination feel free to bring your instrument or talent if you’d like to offer that to the circle. Kava is more enjoyable with music and a willingness to have fun! So please come prepared to drop into our bodies through kava, sisterhood, the offering of music and have a great time with this powerful but lighthearted nervine.
